The tech showed up on time, knew the Miele unit right away, and got to work without dragging it out. You can tell when somebody actually does miele repair a lot. He checked the pump, cleaned out the blockage, tested a few cycles, and explained just enough so I knew what was wrong. No hard sell, no weird upsell stuff. Just straight service. What I liked was how organized but still easy the whole visit felt. He had the part and tools ready, kept the area clean, and made sure the dishwasher was running before he left. Since the repair, everything’s back to normal. Dishes come out clean, water drains like it should, and the machine is a lot quieter now, maybe because it’s actually working right again.
